About The Event
Latin Requiem Mass — Commemoration of the Faithful Departed
All are warmly invited to join Rev. Fr. John Domotor at Our Lady Queen of Peace Church for a traditional Latin Requiem Mass, offered for the repose of the souls of the faithful departed.
A Requiem Mass is a special celebration of the Holy Eucharist in which the Church prays for those who have died, entrusting them to God's mercy and the hope of eternal life. Celebrated according to the traditional Roman Rite, the Latin Requiem Mass is distinguished by its solemn prayers, sacred chants and moments of quiet reflection, expressing both the sorrow of earthly loss and the Christian hope of the Resurrection.
During this month of remembrance, we invite parishioners and visitors alike to join us in prayer for our departed loved ones and all those who have gone before us in faith.
Everyone is welcome.
